ANNAPOLIS, MD. McCarthy Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in Omaha, NE, manages more than $1 billion of investment capital across its portfolio of companies and specializes in growing businesses in partnership with management teams.
Founded in 2000 as a staffing provider to the wireless industry in the mid-Atlantic region, Smartlink has expanded its service offering and geographic presence, serving as a one-stop-shop for small-cell and macro-cell site development and maintenance services across the country. Smartlink serves all major wireless carriers and has unmatched expertise in efficiently executing site development projects from site discovery and zoning to construction management and lease renewal. The partnership will support the Company’s plans to offer more services to its customers and further expand geographically.
