Associate, AI Enablement
M-One Capital is seeking potential candidates for an Associate, AI Enablement position. This role is designed to help drive the firm’s adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. This individual will identify, test and implement practical AI applications that improve how we source investments, conduct diligence, support portfolio companies, develop investment committee materials and operate the firm.
The Associate will serve as a catalyst for innovation by evaluating new technologies, building scalable workflows, training team members and helping translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable business impact. This role will work across the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and diligence through post-investment portfolio value creation—to identify opportunities where AI can create a meaningful and sustainable competitive advantage.
